 Ingredients: 
 
 Dextrose anhydrous, sodium bicarbonate, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, magnesium sulfate anhydrous. Each 80 grams of CALF QUENCHER provides: Sodium, 134 mEq; potassium, 22.8 mEq; magnesium, 6.6 mEq; bicarbonate, 81 mEq; chloride 75.8 mEq; dextrose, 68 grams.
 
 Indications: 
 
 CALF QUENCHER calf electrolyte formula is recommended for oral use for nutritional support and re-establishment and maintenance of electrolyte balance in neonatal calves with moderate to severe electrolyte loss and dehydration as a result of diarrhea.
 
 Dosage and Administration: 
 
 Preparation of Oral Solution: Dissolve 80 g ( 1/3 cup) of CALF QUENCHER calf electrolyte formula in water and dilute to a total volume of 1 quart or dissolve 240 g (1 cup) of CALF QUENCHER in water and dilute to a total volume of 3 quarts. Administer the oral solution by feeding or drench at the rate of 1 quart per 60 pounds bodyweight 3-4 times a day for 2 days as the only source or oral fluids. For the following 2 days the oral solution should be diluted 1:1 with milk replacer and given at feeding time.
 
 Precautions: 
 
 Avoid exposure to excessive heat. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep container tightly closed.
