Active Ingredients:

Each mL of sterile aqueous solution contains:
Sodium Ascorbate ....................250 mg
Benzyl Alcohol (preservative) ....1.5% v/v
Sodium Metabysulfite.................0.2% w/v

Indications:

For use as a supplement of vitamin C in guinea pigs and primates

Dosage and Administration:

Administer intramuscularly 1 to 10 mL depending upon the condition, species, and body weight. Repeat once a day or as indicated by the desired response.

Precautions:

Since pressure may develop upon long storage, precautions should be taken to wrap the container in a protective covering and to release pressure before use. Storage under refrigeration is recommended to reduce the possibility of pressure build-up.

Store in a cool place between 59-86°F (15-30°C). Protect from light.

Cautions:

Federal law restricts this drug to use by or on the order of a licensed veterinarian.
