Active Ingredients:

Each mL contains:
Cyanocobalamin (B12) 3,000 mcg
Sodium chloride 0.9% w/v
Ammonium sulfate 0.1% w/v
Citric acid 0.01% w/v
Sodium citrate 0.008% w/v
Benzyl alcohol (preservative) 1.5% v/v

Indications:

For use as an aid in the management of vitamin B12 deficiencies in horses, dogs and cats.

Dosage and Administration:

Inject subcutaneously or intramuscularly.
Horses 1 to 2 mL
Dogs and Cats 0.25 to 0.5 mL
May be repeated once or twice a week, as indicated by the condition and response of the animal.

Precautions:

Store at a controlled room temperature, between 59-86°F (15-30°C). Avoid exposure to light.

Cautions:

Federal law restricts this drug to use by or on the order of a licensed veterinarian.

Keep Out of Reach of Children.
Not For Use By Humans.

Presentation:

3,000 mcg: 100 mL and 250 mL vials.
